Each plan allows you to keep your shoes at the end of that plan period.

If you have ordered shoes within 30 days, and cancel your membership during that time frame, your must return your shoes within 14 days. If the shoes are not marked as returned in your account 14 days from the date of your cancellation confirmation, we reserve the right to charge your credit card the full retail price for the unreturned shoes minus any paid subscription price.

For shoes ordered more than 30 days ago, we may still request the return of the shoes in certain scenarios. If we request a return and your shoes are not marked as returned in your account within 14 days, we may charge your credit card the balance of the full retail price for the unreturned shoes minus any paid subscription price.

If you require more time to return your shoes please contact us prior to the end of the 14-day period.

  • Failure to comply with the cancellation return policy can and will result in the members inability to rejoin the service at a later date. 
  • These rules also apply to accounts that are inactive or cancelled due to non payment.
