You can update or change your billing information at any time after signing up. If you would like your new card to be billed for your upcoming EasyKicks payment, you must update your card information at least 24 hours before your next billing cycle.
- After logging into EasyKicks click on "Account" located in the top right.
- From here click on "Shipping and Billing" located on the left.
- On the next page you will be able to update your shipping and billing information.
- Once updated click on "Save" located at the bottom of the screen.
Important: Please keep in mind, our Billing system will verify the entire address. Check your Billing Address with your bank and make sure your EasyKicks billing information matches exactly what you have on file with your financial institution. If you are still experiencing issues, please reach out. You can double check this on your bank statements, checks, mobile app or by calling your bank directly!
In order to update your billing information, you will have to enter your new billing address and reenter your credit card information. The address will not properly update if you do not also reenter your credit card information, even if the card number or expiration date has not changed.
Note: When updating your credit card information our system will work to process past due payments.
