We understand that things happen and there may be a month when your credit card is unable to bill successfully. This may be due to a change in your billing information or other changes to your card. 

You will receive automatic notification by email until we are able to charge you for the month's bill. If you receive one of these emails, simply update your billing information using the link provided in the email. 

If a monthly bill is unable to be charged, your account will automatically go inactive after 30 days. If this happens, you can log back into your account and sign back up.
