We count on our carriers to deliver your package once it leaves our warehouse. If your package is marked as delivered, we recommend checking secured locations in or around your property such as a main office, front desk or any side or back doors. Sometimes drivers will leave packages in less obvious areas for security.
A few notes regarding our missing order guidelines.
- We ask that we be notified as soon as possible or within 30 days of shipment if a package is not received
- We reserve the right to investigate all missing or lost packages and also reserve the right to receive the results of the investigation before proceeding with a resolution
- Repeated claims of non-receipt can lead to the cancellation of your service
