If a mistake with your order were to occur, please let us know right away! 

After verifying you received an item(s) that does not match your order confirmation details, just send us a message at customerservice@easykicks.com explaining what we got wrong, and we will take care of the rest.

What to do if you placed the wrong order:

Were you to order the incorrect item and need to replace it, follow the guidelines below for your current plan -

90 & 60 Day Keep-Em Plans:

We can assist in processing the exchange within 10 days after the order is received. Please contact us with your exchange request and we will send you further instructions. 

On-Demand Plan:

After receiving your order, you can automatically process your exchange by simply placing a new order. Here are important time frames for exchanges:

  • Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of order being received
  • The original item must be returned within 10 days of placing the new exchange order

**You must return the incorrect pair using the prepaid return bag within 10 days of receiving your new order. If the shoes are not returned within 10 days, a suspension of service may occur and a charge for the MSRP of the shoe minus any subscription fee applied to your payment method.**
