We're constantly working to keep EasyKicks simple to use, intuitive, and loaded with new features to help your club! All of this is provided seamlessly, updating when you arrive at the site. Sometimes though, you may need to clear your browser's cache and cookies to get the newest update or clear an error. These tips help give your browser a fresh start and resolve most issues with login or site features.

Before we begin, try logging out of all devices you may be logged into, and then trying to log back in again. Also, we suggest using Google Chrome on all platforms, as it's what we've found works best. If you have logged out and back in and are still having issues, you may need to clear your cache and cookies.
To Clear Chrome's cache and cookies on your device, follow the steps below. On your iPhone, iPad or computer, open Chrome. On your Android device open the default browser app, Chrome.

1. At the top right, click the 3 vertical dots to access the, Customize and Control Google Chrome options.

While On Computer...

2. Click more tools
3. Clear browsing data. Next is choosing what you’d like to clear and from when!

4. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select all time or just make sure to choose a time before you first logged in to EasyKicks.
5. Check the box for cookies and other site data.
6. Check the box for cached images and files. The content settings and hosted app data are suggested but not required.
7. Click clear data.

While on a Smart Phone or Mobile device...

3. Clear browsing data.
4. Choose a time range. To delete everything, select all time or choose a time before you first logged in to EasyKicks.
5. Check the box for cookies and other site data.
6. Check the box for cached images and files.
7. Click clear data.

Now close all of your browser tabs/windows and browse back to the EasyKicks login page. Lastly, to complete your fresh login, enter your details and sign in!

Note: You do not need to clear your browsing history, passwords or other fields. Remember to close all browser tabs and windows before opening a new browser and trying to log back in.
