Cancellation after 30 days of last order:

To complete cancellation, you must pay the remainder of the retail price for your current pair(s). Cost to cancel after 30 days, is the lesser of the following:

The remainder of the retail price of the shoe.


Remaining months of subscription fees that would have qualified you to keep the pair.

Failure to return shoes or arranging payment within 14 days of cancellation will result in an automatic charge for the remaining retail price.
