Please note: each pair of kicks is yours to keep! You never need to return your pairs to order a new one, simply wait until the plan period is up. If you need to place an exchange, please click here.
EasyKicks returns were designed to be as convenient as possible. We ask that you return your used pair using the prepaid return bag that arrived with the order. We only want the shoe box back if the shoes are brand new, otherwise simply place your used EasyKicks into the return bag and drop the bag off any of the following locations:
- Your own mailbox. Your mail carrier will pick it up
- Any United States Postal Service (USPS) blue box
- Any United States Postal Service (USPS) location
- Any FedEx location
Once your shoes are scanned in by our mail carriers, it is checked in to your account (usually within 24 -48 hours).
