In an effort to save processing time and materials, we are now providing prepaid return labels in the event you misplace your return bag. After printing your label, you can package your shoes in any shipping box or bag and take it to your nearest post office or FedEx drop location.
If you do lose your bag, please contact us and let us know which pair you are planning to return and we will get a return label out to your right away. For more information on our return process check out our support center.
